The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a leak in the toilet on the last day and immediately someone came to take care of it. The pool was closed but they did offer an alternative, but it was an 8 minute walk so we passed because of the young kids. The rooms are clean and the location is great! Very close to the parliament building!

The downtown location is great and close to restaurants and pubs, the Market, and only a few blocks from Parliament Hill. Ottawa’s limited O’Train is also only block away. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

First it was the location. The foyer. The staff! Comfortable King bed. Spacious room. Upon arrival, we asked for extra coffee (we have noticed there is usually minimal in hotels) and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The person who greeted us at the front desk (whose name will we find out next time) was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the service from the head waiter (sorry, not sure of his position) was exceptional. Based on the staff and the comfort, we decided to change our plans so we can spend another night before leaving Ottawa.

the room was lovely had everything we needed room was great had extra seating so you didnt have to sit on the bed. bed was comfy and warm location was perfect size of room was bigger than i expected.

Great welcome… checked in by Jonathan who was excellent throughout our stay. Great location in the heart of the city, close to tourist sites and the downtown restaurants….

Everything was excellent, and the staff was very polite. The room was clean and well-organized. The hotel was downtown near the Ottawa Parlement building and very close to the tourist region in the city center, and you can walk for 10 minutes and see around the tourist building and neighborhood.

The staff was soo lovely. I had called a couple of days prior to confirm our booking as I was coming from Toronto to Ottawa with my 5-month-old. When I arrived and checked in they informed me that a crib was already waiting for us in the room which was a great plus. Due to covid, you do have to book your cleaning service which I didn't really mind as it meant keeping me and my little one safe. I called almost every day (sometimes twice) to get a top-up for the complimentary coffee and the staff was more than willing to provide me with it (HUGE coffee addict -hence why I asked for loads of it lol). The hotel and surrounding area are so so clean and super safe which is perfect for families. The location is steps away from the train station and a nice stroll away from Parliament hill. All in all a great place to stay thank you so so much for making my baby's first trip ever so memorable.
